YOGA ACHARYA, REIKI GRANDMASTER & EFT HEALER
Saatvika is a certified Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga). She has studied traditional Hatha Yoga and Vedanta Philosophy at Yoga Vidya Gurukul and Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. She is also a dedicated practitioner of the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar methods.
With over a decade’s experience in teaching, and over 6 years experience in teaching yoga, she continues to remain a learner at heart. She has received over a thousand hours of yoga teacher training and has served as a volunteer teacher at the same schools where she initially began her journey, living a yogic lifestyle.
Saatvika is also a Reiki Grandmaster and a certified EFT Healer. EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is an alternative healing therapy, through which she has helped many free themselves from emotional burdens and past traumas.
She conducts regular Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flow classes at Ekya Yoga studio in Jayamahal, Bangalore. She also teaches Reiki and offers Reiki & EFT healing sessions.
