Here are a list of classes I teach if interested in private and/or small group classes online:
Body Sculpt!
A strength based class that will tone and sculpt the entire body with a variety of high-rep and low-weight muscle toning exercises. All the major muscle groups are used for calorie burning and strengthening.

Pilates on the Mat
Blend of deep breathing combined with targeted muscle-based strengthening through resistance bands and weights. It also helps in aiding in flexibility and improving the posture. It creates improvement in quality of life and personal appearance.

Totally Tabata
Structured interval workout consists of 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight times on the same exercise. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

PlyoJam
A dance cardio workout with short, explosive, plyometric exercises that tone, shape, and transform the body.

PowerYoga Vinyasa Flow
Poses are linked together to synchronize the body’s motions and the breath, which increases mental focus, flexibility and strength. Helps to facilitate the movement of breath and energy through the body.

Chair Yoga
Created by Lakshim Voelker-Binder, is suitable for students who are new to yoga, confined to a desk at work, or unable to participate in traditonal yoga. It deepens flexibility, strengthens, and increases range of motion.

Restorative Yoga
A combination of breathing and gentle stretching. This slower-paced class focuses on alignment, relaxation and stress-reduction with the use of props. This class is supportive for those with injuries.

Gentle Yoga
A mindful practice that focuses on the connection between the breath and body. The practice will also include awareness of posture, alignment and beginning flow. A supportive environment for beginners and experienced students. This class meets you where you are whether just beginning yoga or working with an injury , modifications and alignments are taught in an inspiring and encouraging way leading you to a wonderful yoga experience.

Stretch!
Focusing on joint mobility and increasing range of motion, your body will move through a series of poses that will align the body and calm the mind. Comfortable attire recommended. All levels welcome!

Circuit Training (No equipment needed)
We will cycle through 10 exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system. This class will not require equipment.
