Yog Kaivalyam is run by Dr. Himanshu Pathak, who is a Doctor by profession and a Yoga expert. After continuing as a practicing doctor for years, there came a moment when he decided that quite a few diseases can not be cured by medication only. There is some link missing in this treatment. So he underwent training at the Yoga Institute located at Santacruz, Mumbai – the oldest Yoga institute in the world. He also did extensive research on the effectiveness of Yoga in diabetes and cardiac diseases.

Dr. Himanshu Pathak is a qualified medical practitioner and well-experienced yoga trainer – a unique and perfect combination for the type of work he is doing.
