Pooja comes from a Marketing Background with a strong interest in Trekking and Horse Riding. Her life was transformed for good after adapting yoga as a lifestyle and is now committed to serve and spread the joy with others.
Pooja has done RYT 500 (IYT 250+ and 350+) Ashtanga from IndeaYoga, Mysore. She has done YIC from SVyasa and certified from QCI, Ministry of Aayush. She continues to persue philosophical education from various spiritual disciplines and Masters from Svyasa.
