We are into classical yoga…. the slow and boring types . No .. It just looks boring, but it grows on you like classical music, and a time will come when you will like it more than anything else.
Iyengar Guruji in his book, ‘Yog ek Kalpatru’, compares Yog to the mythological wish-fulfilling tree. You just have to wish and the tree would give you the fruit of any type – health issues, relationships, career, success, peace of mind, happiness. It feels hard to believe that yog can fulfill any wish, how can doing some bodily postures make you rich for example. But it is true, just look around.
