Asmeeta is a certified yoga trainer from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz Mumbai, one of India’s most prestigious and oldest yoga institutes. She has done her Masters in Yoga Philosophy from the University of Mumbai from the first ever batch for this course in India. She is also a diploma holder in Yoga Philosophy from the University of Mumbai. In addition she has a Diploma in Naturopathy from the Naturecure Institute, Nashik, which is affiliated to Indian Naturopathy Association
Her studio is in Pune where she conducts regular yoga classes, yoga workshops and offers yoga counseling and consultancy.
Asmeeta has been conducting corporate yoga workshops, children yoga workshops, special yoga workshops, personal and group yoga in Pune and Mumbai for the past 16 years.
