Anshu is a corporate yoga trainer and is certified with ’ The Interntional Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre’ which is recognized and registered with the Yoga Alliance. She is also trained in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. An Engineer with post graduation in Human Resources, Anshu today enjoys working full time in the field of yoga. Inspired by traditional teachings of Swami Sivananda and Shri.K. Pattabhi Jois, her style of yoga is accessible and challenging. She continues to learn & deepen her practice by studying with teachers of various disciplines.
